Be sure to check out Mariame and Kelly’s recent piece in Truthout on the long history of apartheid and settler colonialism that created the conditions for the current genocidal assaults on Gaza, including an excerpt from Let This Radicalize You in which they make critical connections between the violence of the Israeli state and the violence perpetrated by the U.S. government within and beyond its borders, and the ways in which a commitment to abolition requires our resistance to all of it, and to “expose and dismantle the supposed moral frameworks of the death-makers” everywhere.
